Out Of Beauty
My face, it's gone—what’s happening to me?
Am I disappearing? Drifting away silently?
I look in the mirror, but no one is there—
What is this nightmare? A fate I can’t bear.
My face! Oh no! What have you done?
Everything’s fading, I’m coming undone.
You promised me safety, you promised me grace,
But now I am empty, lost without trace.
My beautiful face! My features erased,
Gone are the lines, each mark I embraced.
How could you fail me, with such disregard?
A life without form, it’s breaking me hard.
You had just one job, and you ruined it all—
My image, my self, shattered and small.
I reach out to grasp what no longer remains,
Only the void, and these silent refrains.
