My comfort zone is killing me,
Always cribbing, i have become a spilling bee,
My purpose is to be an enlightened being,
but my mind is ruining me.

There are ways to comfort oneself,
but there is nothing that i do in continuation,
the idea of staying a victim is thrilling me,
my mind is ruining me.

I am grateful that i can see myself from a distance,
i can introspect as a third person,
my overthinking is tearing me,
my mind is ruining me.


Oh there !somewhere,
i can hear someone sobbing badly,
is that my mind which is crying?
or its just an ego consciousness
which is working overtime?
Day in and day out this useless self talk is spinning me,
my mind is ruining me.
