Dancing Dreams
In my cozy bed I lay,
With stars above, they gently sway.
Whispers soft, the moonbeams play,
Into my dreams, I drift away.
I dream of lands so far and wide,
Where rainbows gleam and unicorns stride.
Where laughter echoes, no tears to hide,
And worries vanish with the tide.
With wings of gold, I start to fly,
Through cotton clouds, up in the sky.
Past candy mountains, I soar so high,
In my dreams, the limit's the sky.
Giggling fairies join my flight,
Their tinkling laughter, a pure delight.
We chase the stars throughout the night,
In this dreamland, everything feels right.
The trees sing songs, the flowers dance,
In harmony, they all prance.
The sun and moon, in a joyful trance,
In this dream of mine, there's no pretense.
As morning light begins to creep,
I hold onto my dream so deep.
With a sigh, I slowly peep,
Hoping this magic, I can keep.
But alas, the dream must fade,
As reality's voice starts to persuade.
Yet in my heart, its memory stayed,
A beautiful dream where I once played.
