'Why is it so difficult to tune the animalistic voices of my demons?

The voices that tore me apart and shredded me into tiny bits,

It punctured my fiery heart

and it started to reek of its extinguishing smoke.'


I relived every other day like it was yesterday,

I saw them, I felt them,

The agonising words from their voice pierced deeply like a stretched out wound,

I wanted to get rid of the pain, but

I couldn't

because they also appeared in my dreams.


They feasted on my screams, and

I swam in a tear filled stream.
