What do you do with a heart,
which has been broken and torn apart?

As it slowly knocks on death's door,
waiting for the shattered pieces to hit the floor.

In agony it screams, "What went wrong?!",
only with silence...losing its place to belong.

Beating so quiet and slow;
the torment begins to grow.

In the throes of torment,
sensations of worthlessness are frequent.

What do you do with a heart,
when it has no hope for another jumpstart?
