A chill in the stark
solitude of the dark
a pint of fluid from the sky drips
prone to make my 'bisabuelo' trip
a thunder claps,
shearing off the atmosphere in zaps the green trees gasp

and behold it rains!

a whisper in the shades
an affirmation to what is said
rebellion among the pack
shuffle of loyalty in the dark
the call for debates
lead to nothing but greater hate
all amount to just a bait
for a call to be made
the call to blades

and lo, War!

torrents in fierce downpour.
casualty in senseless wars.
all they take,
is a chill and a whisper
