Here you are,creating your world in my world, filling it with negativity and doubts,you got me dazed, puzzled, and questioning what's my life really about.

You are taking so much of my sanity and so much of my glee,
I'm left shaking , nauseated, and fearful for life, So angry because you infiltrated my mind, when you had no right.

This is not fair to me because my heart is good and clean, I've been through hell and came out strong, but now that I'm finally okay , you mr anxiety have decided you wanna come my way.

anxiety attack after anxiety attack,
several gasps for breath ,
everyday suddenly felt like a life sentence to hell. Insomnia, Insomnia feeling like a zombie in my bed , how can I sleep when you told me sleep is way too close to death.


Dear anxiety, time to depart,
I've battled with you for a good couple months,you've won the battles but the war is now won, there's no more you and there's no more us
With that being said , I just want you to know, i've Packed your bags your stay has been revoked. I'm taking back control, you and I are finally done. So FUCK YOU ANXIETY you've had a good run.
