Solitude
In solitude's embrace, I've learned to stand alone
To find my own strength, to build an unbreakable throne
For too long, I yearned for a hand to hold
But in my own company, I found a treasure untold
Alone, I faced my fears and doubts
No longer relying on fragile crutches, casting them out
For in this solitude, I found my true worth
And realized, I am enough, since my birth
I used to falter in the face of storms
Waiting for someone to shelter me, keep me warm
But now I know, I am my own shelter and shield...
