Think about a time in your life when you couldn’t make a decision, and write a poem based on it.
I know that it will be helpful,
But it will also be painful.
I know that I can make it through this pain,
But is there is really something to gain?
I know I'm procrastinating with this one,
But I know if I start i can't stop until I'm done.
I know it means opening that box inside my mind,
But i am truly terrified as to what I might find.
So do I start this journey?
I mean it might be good for me.
Yes, I will confront that box.
I will let my trauma talk.
Pain is involuntary.
But it is also temporary.
At least that is my desire.
