For Losing Someone
I hear your breath, holding from a string of thread
Your chest rises up and down, like you're in a race
Fighting to stay, yet wanting to go
Patiently breathing but hurrily disappearing

Skin so pale, hands so weak
Gently like a baby, in the hands of family
There's smile in the room, with a mixed of silence
Full of heavy hearts, full of acceptance

We're all just strangers, in your eyes
You're once again a child, admist the crowd
Are you searching for your parents, or your children?
Or are you looking for your lover, to take you for a walk

Your breathing starts fading, as your soul started to leave
I wonder what you saw, when you smiled blindly
Your breathing stopped, your body grew cold
The most beautiful soul, is finally no more

From silence, the room began to weep
Because losing someone, is not always easy
Time is short, but moments are long
So I will pray for you, as the life tomorrow is still unknown
