Short Poems
I like short poems.
They are the 'ticks' before the 'tocks'
Brief skirts in red colonies.
Quickies set on your dining brains,
Hips apart, a missionary of pun.
I like short poems.
Snapping on tapping fingers.
Like a hangman's cue,
A spectacle of blood in a blink.
I like short poems.
A shot to the temple,
A splatter of tissues mixed with blood.
Gory and vivid, a DM to the eyes,
Only for the strong in heart.
