SOUND
I sat so still
comfortable in my chair
my mind wanders far
till I heard an ever so soft sound
whispering softly in my ears
I turned to my right
and found no one
to my left
absolutely no one
and then I heard it again
and again and again
it was one of tranquility
that puts my mind and soul at ease
I fell in love with the sound
when I asked around
I was told nature did it’s job
by whispering sweetly to me
in order to put my mind at rest
and my soul to peace
