And it echoed in my head.
I was too young to get it,
But too tired to ignore it.
Fairytales became trash to me,
Disney never was for me.
Reality broke my spine,
And I still stood fine.
The little girl in me is done,
But still too scared to run.
She wants to get Outta the pit,
She wants to get over it.
"To love is to let go" so that's what she did.
