Obedience at it's risk
lost a hallow life in brisk
that's at the beginning
story that has an inning
God created a garden
an exquisite one,not a barrren
placed a man in charge
apples and oranges in large
lillys bloomed in white
dazzles the garden in might
rose buds are yet to bloom
blossoms spreading perfume
there stands the mighty tree
at the centre that sways in Glee
that is tree of life
that rejuvenates alife
a fruit forbidden to eat
seem to be so sweet
God commands not to touch
but to eat all other fruits so much
Adam and Eve enjoyed in mirth
in the garden at the hub of earth
and God was so glad
seeing the dancing lad.
the devil enters the garden and crawls
like a serpent that drawls
Eve to eat forbidden fruit
and disobey God whispered the brute
the eve enthralled by the serpent
eat the fruit and not repent
shares it with Adam
brings severe damn
Adam and Eve realize naked
they lost the hallow and faded
covered their body with leaf
not able to glance at God in grief
God send them out of garden
to a land of barren
suffers the pain in anguish
brought the curse in languish.
