Aimless...
Without proper direction,
they kept walking...
On an obscure path,
towards a bleak future.

It's not their fault,
never had the guidance,
ignorance of their parents,
or facing academic incompetence.

Aimless...
Choosing streams for degrees,
indulging in fun activities,
getting distracted, seeking pleasures,
miss the chance, for skill development.

And they confront the realities,
getting disappointed, having anxieties,
dark clouds of negativity gathering,
taking them down, deeper into the pit.

Aimless...
It's too dangerous a game,
gambling life, for short term wins,
for, it's the goals, acting as motivation,
giving us an idea, pursue without pressure.

So, grab opportunities, coming your way,
the globalized world, has opened its bay,
some efforts here, some diligence there,
utilize the time for the betterment...
Rather being...Aimless.
