In the midnight darkness
When no one sees me
My flame is still yet burning
As within me, I am yearning
To let you know
As the world keeps turning
I will not let go
For though my anxiety lurks
My light still works
When sadness overcomes
There will be drums
But not of dirge
For I will fight the urge
