Clean is something most restaurants aren't managing,
I find myself making the equipment clean like brand new and shiny to.
Keep your eyes open when you eat fast food and you could feel better,
Look for equipment being used in the back of the store and even the tea pitchers they make the tea with,
Trust me you will eventually see some of the equipment and if it's badly stained then the other equipment is that bad or worse.

in the picture you see various equipment pieces from my restaurant and it's clean like that when I work,
you would be surprises how much my cleaning skill is valued.
