In the end it was just me and my thoughts,
A painful trap, long after you were gone,
Held me in it's viscous net,
Leaving me to only miss you the more.
Cry and anguish didn't help anymore,
So I tried to take chance no more,
And decided to quit my life forever more.
But something held me back that day,
A voice calling from deep within my heart.
The wishes and dreams that were yet to accomplish,
Didn't let my body to follow the instructions of my mind.
I tried to kill my conscience , but it was strong enough to overcome me .
Then, I found the other way to live without you,
To carry you in my memory and engage myself in accomplishing your dreams.
