It's been raining for hours,
Admired its misty view from the window,
Could hear the wind and the showers,
While you lay your head on my pillow,
The scent between your cologne and the beautiful wildflowers,
For a moment I feel at ease,
Listening to the wind blowing the trees
While I am enjoying God’s masterpiece.
You laying there so peaceful and beautifully,
Feeling blessed to have you on this journey.
