Carrying in her folds,
The dying cries of the soldiers...
She is a memory untold,
Less forgotten by angels,
Who carried her soul,
to lands unknown.
She is a mirage in deserts hot,
Confusing the travellers,
Leading them to nowhere
until the reverie is real...
