I LOST AGAIN
They say, “We'll be your lighthouse.”
But what is the use of a lighthouse
if the light ain't emitting?
Everything seems so messed up, I could cry.
I'd rather choose to leave me behind.

“There's light at the end of a tunnel,” they'd say.
I wish to decipher what they really mean
but I'd rather keep it a pass.
Ever since I lost the other half of me,
I'm losing grip, it often suffocates me.

They say, “Sunshine after every storm.”
But what is sunshine
if the storm dwells in me?
Appreciating everything you do for me-
but I lost, fell and will ne'er rise.
