The scent of the candle imbued with lavender,
Blending to a cool breeze in a corridor,
The warmth wrapped with mother's hug,
On a grass dancing ladybird bug,
View of a green stitched mountain,
A strawberry dipped in a chocolate fountain,
Laughing with friends for inside jokes,
Spending Christmas eve with my folks,
Stepping on season's first snow,
Pearls of stars weived together,
Gazing at the smiling eyes of a lover,
Dancing alone for rock music,
Reading a poem that is therapeutic,
Feet fading in the waves of the ocean,
The mild fragrance of sandalwood lotion,
Wind invading windows on a long road trip,
Viewing long videos of dogs clip,
Feeling love for oneself,
The smell of overflowing books in library shelf,
Lost in woods to find self,
Are some reasons to be happy about being alive.
