Meet me in the middle,
With an open mind,
Set aside differences,
We're the same kind...

I know there were times,
I was hard to find
I get what's out of sight can stay out of mind.

I can set aside our differences,
or sit beneath the pines.
Wait for you however long.
You can take your time.

The middle is a two way street,
let's meet and say we tried.
