Maybe most of you will get this or not but in the last few months, the experiences heard and experienced brought to this realisation-

Jism Aur Rooh
Zamane zaroor badle par rooh ko koi na mila
Par jism ko kaye kadardar mile
khushboo to ab ati nahi, guloo mei phir bhi khile
Jism ki mehfil mein rooh ki numaish huyi
Phir bhi laga yeh mumkin hai rooh ki talash
Ek aur bari yeh dil apni zinda laash se mila
Heraani bhi nahi hui is bar jism mile toh phir
Rooh ki haar Hui
Phir bhi rooh hai toh apni maare huye armano ki baraat ayi
Mere angaan mei khushboo jismo ki hai
rooh ki koi baat hi nahi
Zamane badle par rooh ka sawaal hai vahi
"Kyu nahi haaq hai mohabbat ka rooh ko"
Jism ke kayi yaar hai aur rooh maut se bhi nahi abaad hai!

You will experience a lot and if at some point you feel alienated from your body that fullfills biological needs and desires only. Every time you will show up wholly mind body and soul the others because only need and want the body , the mind and soul will struggle, be bystanders and then eventually die. This de- individualisation is the start and end of being social. When you experience the duality trust the soul embrace the solitude , grieve the loss of believing in love and only come back to loving the body and allowing the soul to co-exist in the matrix.
