I WEAR THE MASK
I wear the mask
That hides my marks
Which is cause by brutality
And sharpen by inhumanity

I wear the mask
That portrays an impression
Of an excited life
Disguising my depression

I wear the mask
Just to hide my tears,
Shielding my face from my past
While gathering my shattered heart

I wear the mask
While staying at home
But am far from home
Wandering in a distance land.

How long will I wear this mask?
For the world to see my true self?
And understand my real state
Just how long?
