I heard self love is the best love. Undress love, impress love, digest love don't stress love. My heart collapsed, shattered, and stopped beating just to be revived by you, I came alive through you. You unmasked my truth. To my surprise I didn't realize that I had on a disguise. I had disguised my heart and mind from the thought of unconditional love; the kind of love that is limitless, timeless, and effortless. It was almost too complex for me to grasp the concept so I tried to write it out to unlock the hidden context. Love isn't easily defined it doesn't always align but somehow it's always on time, almost as if something is triggered in your mind. I know real love is selfless and it doesn't understand the meaning of selfish. There's never a question of will I choose you because nothing will ever come before or after you, I choose you completely, and I choose you even if it means the end of me. For you I'd sacrifice, I'd never think twice, if someone ever hurt you, the cost would be their life. I've been blessed to know a love I heard rarely exists; I hope it forever persists, never resists, and always brings me a special kind of joy and peace like this, that kind of love that always hits and never miss.
