I had been staring into the eyes of the abyss for a long time. I did that only because it made me bleed, and I could create beautiful things out of those wounds. Those wounds have been constant. And one day, you jumped out of that abyss. I must say that was the most beautiful thing this eternity had ever witnessed. I caught you, and we began gazing into each other's eyes. The more I stared into your eyes, the more I healed. And you gently began taking me towards heaven. You showed me a glimpse of it while I held your hand. That was the most beautiful moment my soul had ever felt. That's when the hands of the abyss seized you from behind and pulled you back into it. I chased those hands while trying to hold yours, but I couldn't. And it kept with you forever. Now the abyss has the eyes of you. And my wounds are deeper, too. I bleed now more than ever. I wish to turn around and float towards heaven. But I guess those eyes will never let me go away.
