Endless highways of misdirected means,
To walk along the lonely street of dreams,
To live in a world where nothing is as it seems,
And take pursuit of pleasure to extremes.
This is the feeling of emptiness,
You've been stripped, and you're now void of happiness,
All your emotions have disappeared,
You're now the person who's walking is lifeless.
You're walking in a path you know nothing about,
You share your dreams but you alone are living them out,
You've been called names, your opinions don't matter,
The world as you thought, is slowly getting shattered.
Your plans, your dreams have all been thrown away,
You've been used, deceived, and left with no words to say,
You now wander the earth, in search of new adventures,
Even with that mindset, you're still heading in the wrong direction
