The days of slate and chalk,
Are not easy to erase,
Endless collection of tapes,
Are not easy to fix with pencil,
Playing them in walkman,
And enjoying music,
Gossiping with besties on landline,
Even after scolded by mummy,
Saying katti with pinky finger up,
Whenever fought with bestie,
And batti happily,
When everything get resolved,
Fake smoking candy cigarettes,
Just to act cool,
The days when T.V. signal get cut,
Fixing antenna was not easy,
They hold memories,
Of my childhood,
Memories when I'm most happy,
Memories when everyone has time,
Memories when I'm carefree,
The golden memories of my life,
