Yes, I'm talking to you.
What are you staring at?
Stop judging yourself, I'm telling you that!
Enough of hate talks,
You're beautiful, why are you so shocked?
Look at you!
Love your body, because that makes you, you.
Judgements, criticisms, comparisons,
Belittling yourself, pulling you down,
Why do you care what they say?
If they don't matter to you, in the night or day.
Why don't you love yourself?
What's making you pity yourself?
You're perfect just the way you are,
Say that to yourself and believe it as you say.
You're worth the happiness around you,
You're worth so much more, old and new,
You're not the only one in pain,
Life is filled with loss and gain.
You're pretty, you're handsome,
You're irresistibly awesome,
Don't trade yourself with anyone else,
You're better than everyone else.
They are no one to judge you,
They don't know what you've been through,
They'll keep finding flaws,
They'll bring you down even without a cause,
They won't let you touch the sky,
They won't let you rise high.
Treat yourself with the same love and compassion,
That you're searching for in others,
Treat yourself with warmth and respect,
And stop seeking validation.
Nourish yourself with tenderness,
With yourself, be kind and generous.
You're the best,
Much better than the rest,
Show them that you don't care,
Slay and let them stare.
