(This is not a poem, just trying to share what im feeling right now with a hope that I'll feel better)

Right now i'm feeling so sad, like I can't even tell what triggered this emotion.
I'm withholding tears from falling, but I don't want to lie I can't hold it back anymore.
My heart is aching, every heart beat feels like a spear that stabbing my heart over and over.
I'm not myself.
Depression is taking a toll on me and I am barely coping.
