Stars of Heaven
Stars that touch the heavens,
Beseech to those who hear,
Surround me with your heart a’light,
As night is drawing near.

Star of the East awaken,
For you shall break the sky,
Beget the heavens fauna stir,
The wood where they would lie.

Star of the South come forward,
To blend the scene anew,
And shape the motion of the tides,
With every passing hue.

Star of the West prepare thee,
Sit by the setting seas,
Bless the birth of fallen skies,
Cradle the sun with ease.

Alas we seek the final star,
Come forth without delay,
The brightest, purest from afar,
On high is where you lay.

Star of the North grow brighter,
Beit true, their only guide,
Bring’eth those who seek you out,
Along the roaring tide.

Oh, Stars of night please hear me,
Cometh swift and cometh true,
To bring us through the night divine,
Till rising morn anew.

Your servitude ceases not,
From where my head will lie,
To dream what I,
And night had brought,
My painted lullaby.
