Organic Robot
Breaking my own rules
To let myself rest.
Weeeeellll deserved.
"I will tell you that!"
But again,
A rule was broken,
Yeah,
There is always something to adjust.

I'm an organic robot!
There's an input
And the output for it.
The processing happens everywhere
In this meat body
That feeds its own desires!
The loop is internal only
For time is out there!

The adjustments are done on the code
Which each of us have.
I know only my own,
And getting good at that!
"But damn, this all sounds like a good justification!"
To do it again from time to time.

Time, time...
Time passes al'right.
Count downs of counting ups
To reach that alarm
Always waiting to wake me up!

The alarm was one I set
When understanding the need to push up.
The count downs latches memories
Of that something expected to come.

This meat body is a robot
As in, there's an intention
Behind every act done.
And intention
Is fully programmable
With no manual or step-by-steps,
Just an inconspicuous watchdog
Called Emotions,
That turns this robot's world all around!

That part needs taming,
And beware: Do Not Lock It Up!
For Emotions are of a different force.
Feeds from multiple sources,
Even in complete darkness
It finds a way to shine!

There's no explaining!
For when there is,
Something will show otherwise.
It helps, it curses, with explosions
Of what later brings a: "sorry?"
And then open arms to share space
With the emotions of:
Others!

Be alone,
Be together,
Emotions always fly.
And when not repressed,
Just tamed,
It offers support.
To be who I am,
Not just an organic robot
But one that knows when to smile
And anger at the moments of no denial.
Compassion when necessary,
And to love, forever,
My Sunshine!

Have fun programming the mind!
And seeing before hand
The conclusions ever wanted.
Tough, for sure.
But time pushes life forward anyway,
Tomorrow is always the first day!
To be the best I will ever be.
