The universe doesn't care,
If I made it looked like I loved her,
If I wasted her time for herself,
If I purposedly embarassed her.

The universe doesn't care,
When I hurt her for fun,
When I invent conflicts for us to argue,
When I make her sad so I'm satisfied.

The universe doesn't care,
When I don't talk to her because I don't want to,
When I ignore her because I'm happy when she cries,
As I watch her desperately wanting my attention.

The universe doesn't care,
When I treat her so bad,
I saw her paint herself with blood,
I'm worried of the bruises I made her do.

Suddenly my heart started to ache,
I realized how she means so much to me,
But as I walk towards the building she lives,
She's already lying on the ground splattered with red roses.

I always thought doing whatever is fine,
Because the universe doesn't care.
The universe doesn't need to care,
Because what matters is I do care.
