I only get to see you once or thrice in a week
And sometimes I wish I had your picture to keep
So I can see you every morning after I wake up
To remind me to keep pushing for my goals and never give up
To give me inner peace and the feeling of home
To make me want to be better than I am and never alone
And every night before I sleep, to dream of us holding hands
And to stare at your smiling face and thank God for His plans
You bring joy and love into my life
