Battling demons!
I'm fighting demons everyday, each moment, this hour, the next minute, all seconds.
what's special about me? they won't leave me be. I'm tired. I'm exhausted. I'm drained. I'm beaten. I'm falling. I'm nearly vanquished.
Again, why me?
I'm not even special, but they come for me - everytime.
I wake up broken and tired, not from sleeping, but from my thoughts and wishes and dreams and aches and all these fights.
I tell you, I'm battling demons, even now as I write; they're here watching me, taunting me, waiting for my down fall.
If I ever quit, know that I'm tired of hoping, understand that I tried. See that I fought with every ounce of breath and grit in me.
And If I fall, know that I'm fighting demons even in the world beyond.
