Hold my memories of yesterday,
Every smile, every tear,
Every person who came my way...

they tell a story,
show who I am today,
every gain, every fall,
left a piece of them, and took piece of me.
chapter by chapter
watch how I grow,
every tear, every fear,
the learning of life.

page by page,
watch me age,
every wrinkle, every age spot
my lesson and my blessings.

the end,
time for eternal rest
every memory, every regret,
the ending of a journey.
