In twilight's hush, where darkness falls
A midnight drama, beyond recall
The wind whispers secrets, a haunting sigh
As shadows dance, and the heart asks why

Like specters, fears and doubts arise
Echoes of memories, a haunting surprise
The mind a maze, a labyrinth to explore
Where truth and lies, in darkness roar

A solitary figure, lost in the night
A search for answers, a flickering light
The shadows dance, a macabre delight
As the heart beats fast, in the dark of the fight

But still we search, for a glimmer of hope
A light to guide us, through the darkest scope
For in the shadows, a truth we may find
And the darkness, may leave our hearts and minds.
