Festivals are no longer a joy,
For some, it's a festivalone
You see people impatient for them,
But for some, it's a lonely zone.

These celebrations,
Seem no more delighting
Consider a new opportunity for a person,
But now, it isn't exciting.

There's no specific—
Irritation for these
But seem boring now-a-days,
No more they please.

It looks similar now—
whether it's Diwali or Eid-ul-fitr
It doesn't matter if it's Christmas,
The next day, there's only litter.

Attitudes are now changing,
Some people take more interest,
While others take less
Some people can't take rest,
There's a lot of work,
excluding that mess.

Don't change your attitude,
Towards any festival,
If you consider these great,
It's a good miracle.

Just a little, there is,
Don't spread garbage or waste
Some traditions can be harmful for someone,
Try to know— everyone's taste.

Make this joyous for everyone,
Help the person working
It's important to realise,
Some people can't enjoy these,
For them, new responsibilities arise.
