Flashes of rage try to cloud my vision
I keep getting urges to be petty
To hold things against him
To do things to hurt him
To be angry at him
But I don't want to
That is the enemy trying to keep me from loving
God wouldn't want me to do that
Jesus would want me to love
So I will do my best to push those thoughts aside
To let everything go
And to love
