Fell asleep in bed of thorns
Woke up in flower bed
As if I was reborn
A brighter path my destiny's set

I told my mentor of how I feel
Seems she began to understand
Infected with hatred, vain and ill
Lost in the waves, now reached dryland

I tossed the gun
Looked in your eyes

From this paradise

My debt erased
A fresh new start

Once a condemned beast
