The days were unending as were the nights,
She waited and waited and waited,
But there seemed no hope in sight…
She lost a man she loved so dear
He never uttered a word which made her crashed her soul like pierced by a spear
There was no hope to hold - the pain was excruciating
He left her hanging - left without a warning
Loosing herself was the price - she is on a disguise
She needed to stand up again - regain the strength and courage
Realizing she was like a hostage
Days, Weeks and months passed
He never existed - only in dreams
She's now awake with the truth
She stood up again, wipe her tears
and start anew
Giving her life a new chapter she deserved in a beautiful view.
