Let me paint you a picture
In shades of charcoal and midnight
Of the worthless life of a worthless man
Someone who is but never should have been
Missed by a small handful, sure
But the world will never know or care
The pain in my mind is unbearable
Please, just make it stop
But it doesn't stop, ever
I used to have one simple prayer
Please don't make me have to wake up in the morning
