In the quiet of the night, a whisper in the air,
Ramadan approaches, with blessings to share.
The moon will soon rise, a crescent in the sky,
As hearts prepare to soar, on wings that fly high.
Sawm from dawn till dusk, a journey of the soul,
Seeking closeness to Allah, making every moment whole.
In the breaking of the fast, a feast for the heart,
A chorus of shukr, a masterpiece of art.
With each salaah and every deed, a step towards the light,
Ramadan's gentle embrace, guiding us through the night.
In the company of loved ones, najid alquwa anew,
United in our worship, fee kulli ma natawqa wa nafaluha we pursue.
So let us welcome Ramadan, bi'dira'at mftuhatin wa ni'mah,
Embracing its blessings, fee kulli zaman wa makaan.
For in this sacred month, najid al-salam wal-hubb,
A gift from above, shining brightly from the heavens above.
