I Remember.

I remember as a child, playing in the yard.
With my brothers, yeah they my heart.
I remember when I died, and came back to life.
Nurse saved me, or maybe it was Jesus Christ.
I cant stand, when they dis-credit me or others.
they the opposite of my mothers.
Whom would sit on the porch smokin' they're cigarettes.
And daddy was workin' on a project, drinkin bush
that momma bought him.
Yeah that's what I remember.


I remeber, all the hard ass pain I felt
when grandaddy died, yeah it was
painful.
I dedicate most my youth to him he gave
me motivation to just move on with my life.
Gave me motivation not to cry when things
got tough.
Just like he did in the final moments of his life.

While I'm no perfect soul.
Ill never forget the lovely-ness of
All that hope. Yeah all that...
