Ask them 'What pain is ?'

Ask a lover who's oblivious to an unrequited love
wishing on every rose to bring the love on
squishing his/her own wishes to prioritize someone else's
but left with an indelible hurting tale and is now broken hearted

Ask a friend who's never been into parties or the hang outs
and has never been texted or pinged once to know his/her whereabouts
pondering about what he/she has done wrong to others
which in turn is giving the anxiety, loneliness and the torments!

Ask a depressed person who doesn't even know how to live
scribbling and writing the poems 'cause there's no one to listen
screaming and crying alone in the middle of the night
unbeknownst to everyone and coming outta the room as if everything's alright !

Ask 'em who don't wanna step outta their house
not because they're introverts but they're flustered and full of self-doubt
losing all the confidence and courage to face the crowd
although trying hard to not let others down !

Ask 'em who've had seen more failures than the success
the sleepless nights, the inconsolable tears and the distress
the criticisms, the embarrassments with the feeling of being humiliated
although couldn't hinder them but made them isolated !
