" Letter To The Star Gazer "

i know you're out there somewhere probably wit ya  face to sky
i bet you still remember the songs id relate while u vibed
as we watched the day fade away into the nightsky
just grateful we could that managed to survive
i remember the constellations we made up so we could say
we had our own place up in the heaven hopin we'd get there one day
and i wonder if you still sit in silence n gaze at those same constellations i hope so n hope you still get amazed
by how far away they are it puts a smile on my face
hopefully ya doing better now at least better than before
it broke me open truly to know when i was gone
waging my own war
that you had noone to help you as lost so much u gave up lost the faith i saw you work so hard for  it still breaks me when i think of you facing it alone
n how i shoulda been there to help you save yaself
but i was in a hell of my own running blind too busy hating me to pick up a phone
let alone have something to say to ease the pain
but i was too weak to even pray thise days its a shame
but the Grace of God somehow made its way past my fears
and im praying you're ok and on your way to healing n finally wiped away those tears
i know its probably too late for me to say im here for you again
but i have to cuz your the Star Gazer that gave me my firs true friend
so if you ever gets this please find a way to tell me
that you made it out ok nbthat your heart is healthy
ill be just a call away waiting to hear you say how Gods grace is amazing
n worked mightily n gave back your faith
how your braver today n no longer nees saving
until i see you ill be here face to sky star gazing.
