A walk on a beach,
Both, on your bare feet.
So close and within reach,
A conversation brief but sweet.
Your eyes are the ocean currents I drown in,
Inquisitve and innocent.
Your smile is the sun's rays my heart melts in,
I cannot help but think about every moment we spent.
I am at a loss of words when I see you,
Your voice is music to my ears.
My feelings for you are pure and true,
As your presence washes away my deepest fears.
Behind bars, I have hidden my feelings for you,
For I have a sensitive heart.
Come and get me out of my blues,
And hug me saying "Nothing will keep us apart."
