Christmas Game 101
Hello Writco Family
It's just 7 days to Christmas, and of course, we writers and readers won't be sitting this one out! 🎄
@Poetry_Review has cooked up a fun and simple poetic game to celebrate the season. Here's the twist:
No entry fees (your wallets are safe).
No prizes to be won... orrrr 🤔 who knows? Maybe Santa has a surprise in store.
Just a bunch of writers vibing with each other's poetry, no pressure, no stress—just pure festive fun.
How The Game Works:
Since this is a Christmas-themed game, all poems will revolve around the joys (or chaos) of the season. Here's the flow:
1. Poetry_Review will kick things off with a three-line poem.
2. They’ll tag any writer of their choice to continue the poetic chain.
3. That writer will pen their own three-line Christmas-themed poem In the comment section by first stating which number they are and re-writing the last line of the previous poem before adding their own 3 line poem. At the end of the third line tag the next writer.
Example;
#writer4
Mary was never a Christmas lover:
And day by day i desire to show her the true beauty of Christmas,
but first she must fall in love with me then......
