When they needed me I was one call away
Now I need me, and no parts will I play
I'm indeed not okay
And for now, that's all I'm willing to say
Because until I feel like I can breathe again
I gotta keep myself from going insane
I gotta weather this storming rain
Until none of it remains
As selfish as it sounds, now I'm looking out for me
No one can see how much it's all affecting me or can
Honestly hanging on, just barely.
Just sitting with my cup of tea.
But you keep living whether other humans stay or not
